whispering in the Quran is known as waswas this word means a continuous repeated act of an obsessed thing so we see that whispering is a continuous process that is referred to shaitan so we see that this cursed creature one of his character is to whisper to peoples hearts and he corrupts the hearts by the evil whispers that he puts in our hearts .
The prophet peace be upon him said " there is none of you who has not be allocated a companion from the jinn and the ask eve you ya rasulallah he said yes but me Allah helped me and mine is muslim and leads me to do good (bukhari )
the jinns that we are allocated are evil jinns and this jinn called qareen his work is to make us do evil deeds and if you allow this evil jinn to defeat you with the help of shaitan it will drag you to hell . one will ask this jinn is in us how can we control it how are we able to defeat this jinn well Allah subhana wataala told shaitan you will not misguide the ones that i have guided may Allah make us among those whom He guides .
we can defeat our qareen by weakeaning him with remembrance of Allah , when we remember Allah subhana wataala He protects us from everything and anything that can harm us Allah subhana wataala teaches us on how to seek protection from shaitan and his forces and that is seen in surah nas
1 .say:
"I seek Refuge with (Allâh) the Lord of mankind,
2.
"The king of mankind,
3.
"The Ilâh (God) of mankind,
4.
"From the evil of the whisperer (Devil who whispers evil In the hearts of
men) who withdraws (from his whispering In one's heart after one remembers
Allâh),
5.
"Who whispers In the breasts of mankind,
6.
"Of jinns and men."
This surah Allah subhana wataala is teaching us to seek refuge from whispers of shaitan , a heart of a human can be pure then shaitan whispers an idea and then the person starts to think about the idea which then grows into a desire and then the desire grows because shaitan puts more fuel by making the person think of the pleasure they will get and then the person wishes to perform the act this wish grows until one makes the urge of putting into action and here what shaitan does he sends forces and then they help that person commit that sin once you have hes satisfied and he leaves but will return , according to me is we are all dumb shaitan has done his part of making us commit that sin but when we continue commiting that sin we are more dumb because we can always repent to Allah subhana wataala and He will surely give us second chance .
if shaitan defeats us with sin we defeat him with repentance to Allah
O You who believe! turn to Allâh with sincere
repentance! it may be that Your Lord will remit from You Your sins, and admit
You into Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) the Day that Allâh will not
disgrace the Prophet (Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) and those who
believe with him, their light will run forward before them and with (their
records Books of deeds) In their Right hands they will say: "Our Lord!
keep perfect Our light for us [and do not put it off till we cross over the
Sirât (a slippery bridge over the Hell) safely] and grant us Forgiveness.
Verily, You are Able to do All things."( tahrim 8)
shaitan will not harm those who are in remembrance of Allah subhana wataala , shaitan does have the keys to our hearts its us we choose to allow him to enter and corrupt our hearts but if we fill our hearts with remembrance of Allah then shaitan will not get a chance to corrupt us may Allah the Al Mighty grant us the strength to fight shaitan and make us among those who are grateful to Him AMEEN
